Chili Crispy
This
is a special menu for all of people that love spicy food. This is low in fat
and no preservatives food.
The
material and the equipment that you need so easy to find. You just need:

0.25 kilo red or green chili
·
30gram chili powder
·
1kilo flour
·
7teaspoons salt
·
1kilo oil
·
Wok
·
Knife
·
200ml water
·
Washbashin
First,
wash all of the chili and drain. Cut the
chili using knif e and separate the skin from the chili seeds. Soak the chili’s
skin into salt water during 10-15 minutes. Drain the chili skin until the skin
be stiff. Prepare the flour dough and put the chili skin into the dough. Then
fry in a small fire. Drain then add the chili powder for more spicy taste. The
chukky chili crispy ready to serve.
